Nominate a Staff Member for a SUNSHINE Award

What is the Sunshine Award and why should we nominate?

The Sunshine Award celebrates our clinical, non-nursing members who consistently go above and beyond, demonstrate exceptional teamwork, and bring a positive, meaningful impact to our workplace and community. Just as the daisy cannot thrive without sunshine, nurses depend on the essential support and compassionate partnership of these colleagues, making this award a reflection of how vital they are to exceptional patient care. By submitting a nomination, we honor individuals who serve as role models within our hospital; those who embody our Core Values, deliver extraordinary service, and help create remarkable patient experiences every day. The Sunshine Award also gives patients and families a special opportunity to recognize the clinical, non-nursing members whose dedication, skill, and kindness truly help our care environment flourish.
