Nominate a Staff Member for a BEE Award
What is the BEE Award and why should we nominate?
The BEE Award honors our exceptional non-clinical team members whose dedication, service, and heartfelt commitment create an environment where great patient care can thrive. Just as a daisy depends on the bee for nourishment, growth, and resilience, our clinical teams rely on the vital support of non-clinical team members who help the entire care experience flourish. These individuals go above and beyond in their roles, demonstrating outstanding teamwork and consistently making a positive impact on our hospital community. By nominating an individual for the BEE Award, we recognize the essential contributions of those who work behind the scenes; those who embody our Core Values, uplift patients and families through meaningful interactions, and ensure our operations run smoothly and compassionately every day. This award gives patients, families, and fellow team members a special opportunity to honor the people whose dedication helps make every part of our healing environment possible.
